Hugh Alan is bipolar, a suicide survivor, and an award-winning artist who attended the University of Kentucky for a BFA in drawing and illustration. His work is a unique combination of dark fantasy and historical fiction lavishly illustrated with his pen and ink drawings. His work has appeared in Madam Gray’s Graveyard of Blood by Hellbound Books and Love Letters to Poe: Tales Torn from the Heart. His new book, Wee William Witchling is available on Amazon. He lives in Kentucky with his wife and two daughters where he teaches Kung-Fu and Tai Chi as an 8th degree black belt and does marketing and communications for the local library.
